• Full Paper Submission: 16^th Mei – 16^th June 2025
• Full Paper Review and Selected Paper for Conference: 16^th – 20^th June 2025
• Full Paper Camera Ready: 30^th July 2025
• The 6^th Geoplanning Conference and Scientific Consortium: 6^th August 2025
• Site Visit (Excursion): 7^th August 2025
